VizAct Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VizAct! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VizAct mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, “VizAct”). VizAct is owned and operated by VizAct LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using VizAct, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

Report Policy

Your safety and experience matter most. If you see content that violates our community guidelines, please report it:

  • Send a report: When you report a post, an email is sent to our support team at support@vizact.org.

  • Escalation and blocking: If a post receives three (3) valid reports, it will be automatically blocked pending review.

  • Contact: If you don’t get a response from support@vizact.org, you can reach us at info@vizact.org.

 

1. Who Can Use VizAct

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use VizAct.

  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms.

  • You may sign in using Apple, Google, or your phone number. Authentication is handled securely by these providers, and VizAct does not store your login credentials.

 

2. Your Account and Content

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

  • You may create, upload, and save personal content (affirmations, images, intentions) for private use or share it publicly within VizAct or on social media.

  • You must not upload or share nudity, sexually explicit material, or any content that violates community standards (including violence, hate speech, or illegal content).

  • By sharing or co-creating content, you grant VizAct LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of VizAct’s features (for example, to show shared profiles or community inspiration).

  • You retain ownership of your content. You can delete your content or account at any time.

 

3. Co-Creation and Community Features

VizAct allows users to share and interact with profiles, affirmations, and vision boards. To keep VizAct safe and supportive, you agree to:

  • Share only content you have the rights to share.

  • Treat other users with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or spamming.

  • Follow the Community Guidelines outlined below.

 

3a. Community Guidelines

To keep VizAct a safe and inspiring space, you agree not to share:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.

  • Violent, hateful, or harassing content.

  • Illegal content or anything that violates the rights of others.

  • Spam, scams, or disruptive behavior.

Violations may result in removal of content or suspension of your account.

 

4. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Some VizAct features may require payment or a subscription.

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Apple App Store or others).

  • Subscription details (pricing, renewal, and cancellation) will be provided in the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account at any time.

  • All purchases are final except where refunds are required by law.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • VizAct, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by VizAct LLC.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute VizAct content (other than your own) without permission.

 

6. Data Hosting & Security

  • VizAct is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data may be processed and stored in AWS data centers in the United States.

  • We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect user data.

 

7. Disclaimers

  • VizAct is a personal growth and manifestation tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or financial service and does not guarantee results.

  • You use VizAct at your own risk. While we strive to provide a safe and reliable app, we make no guarantees that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • VizAct LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use VizAct in the past 12 months.

 

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse VizAct.

  • Upon termination, your right to use VizAct will end, but certain legal obligations (like privacy and intellectual property rights) will survive.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or within the app.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho, unless otherwise required by law.
