Welcome to VizAct! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VizAct mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, “VizAct”). VizAct is owned and operated by VizAct LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using VizAct, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Who Can Use VizAct

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use VizAct.

  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms.

  • You may sign in using Apple, Google, or your phone number. Authentication is handled securely by these providers, and VizAct does not store your login credentials.

 

2. Your Account and Content

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

  • Content you choose to share publicly within VizAct may be visible to other users and discoverable within the app by default, unless you adjust your privacy settings.

  • You may create, upload, and save personal content (affirmations, images, intentions) for private use or share it publicly within VizAct or on social media.

  • You must not upload or share nudity, sexually explicit material, or any content that violates community standards (including violence, hate speech, or illegal content).

  • By sharing or co-creating content, you grant VizAct LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide VizAct’s features.

  • You retain ownership of your content. You can delete your content or account at any time.

 

2a. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share on VizAct. VizAct LLC does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content. We are not responsible for interactions, communications, or disputes between users. We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

 

3. Co-Creation and Community Features

VizAct allows users to share and interact with profiles, affirmations, and vision boards. To keep VizAct safe and supportive, you agree to:

  • Share only content you have the rights to share.

  • Treat other users with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or spamming.

  • Follow the Community Guidelines outlined below.

 

3a. Community Guidelines

To keep VizAct a safe and inspiring space, you agree not to share:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.

  • Violent, hateful, or harassing content.

  • Illegal content or anything that violates the rights of others.

  • Spam, scams, or disruptive behavior.

Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

 

3b. Reporting & Enforcement

If you believe content violates these Terms or Community Guidelines, you may report it through the app or by contacting support@vizact.org.

We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, or suspend content or accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Content may be temporarily restricted while under review. Final moderation decisions are determined by VizAct LLC.

 

4. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Some VizAct features may require payment or a subscription.

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Apple App Store or others).

  • Subscription details (pricing, renewal, and cancellation) will be provided in the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account at any time.

  • All purchases are final except where refunds are required by law.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • VizAct, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by VizAct LLC.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute VizAct content (other than your own) without permission.

 

6. Data Hosting & Security

  • VizAct uses secure cloud service providers to host and process data. User data may be processed and stored in secure data centers located in the United States.

  • We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect user data.

 

7. Disclaimers

  • VizAct is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • VizAct is a personal growth and manifestation tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or financial service and does not guarantee results.

  • You use VizAct at your own risk. While we strive to provide a safe and reliable app, we make no guarantees that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • VizAct LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use VizAct in the past 12 months.

 

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse VizAct.

  • Upon termination, your right to use VizAct will end, but certain legal obligations (like privacy and intellectual property rights) will survive.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify you by email or within the app.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho, unless otherwise required by law.

 

12. AI Features

VizAct may offer AI-powered features, such as suggested affirmations, content generation, or personalized recommendations.

  • AI suggestions are for personal growth and inspiration only and should not be considered medical, financial, or professional advice.

  • You retain full ownership of the content you create. AI-generated text or imagery is licensed to you for use within VizAct in accordance with these Terms.

  • We may use third-party AI service providers to process limited data (such as prompts or text you enter) solely for the purpose of generating responses. These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations and do not retain or use your data for their own independent purposes.

 

13. Augmented Reality (AR) Features

VizAct may offer AR experiences that use your device camera.

  • AR features should be used safely and responsibly. Do not use them while driving, operating machinery, or in situations that may put you or others at risk.

  • VizAct is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from unsafe use of AR features.
