VizAct LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app, website, and services (collectively, “VizAct”).

By using VizAct, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

 

1. Information We Collect

When you use VizAct, we may collect the following types of information:

1a. Account and Profile Information

  • Name, email, and profile photo (if you choose to create a profile).

  • Affirmations, intentions, and images you add to your “I Want” and “I Have” cards.

  • Any content you choose to share or co-create with other users.

  • Shared content must comply with our Community Guidelines (no nudity, explicit, illegal, or harmful content).

1b. Usage Data

  • How you interact with the app (e.g., which features you use, reminders you set).

  • Device information (type of phone, operating system).

1c. Optional Shared or Co-Created Content

  • If you share your profile, affirmations, or vision boards with others, that content may be visible to other users.

1d. Payment and Subscription Data (if applicable)

  • If you purchase a subscription or paid features, billing information is collected by secure third-party processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).

  • VizAct does not store your payment details.

1e. Sign-In Data

  • You may sign in using Apple, Google, or your phone number. Authentication is handled securely by these providers. VizAct does not store your login credentials.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the VizAct app and features.

  • Save and sync your affirmations, visions, and reminders.

  • Support co-creation and sharing features to enable users to collaborate and inspire one another.

  • Review or remove content that violates our Terms or Community Guidelines.

  • Send optional notifications or reminders (if enabled).

  • Personalize your experience and support your manifestation journey.

  • Process payments for subscriptions (if applicable).

  • We will communicate with you about app updates, new features, or offers (you can opt out at any time).

 

3. How We Protect Your Data

  • We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect your personal information.

  • Data is hosted and stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS), which may process data in the United States.

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

  • Data is shared only with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors or analytics tools) who assist us in operating VizAct.

 

4. Your Choices and Rights

  • Control: You can edit or delete your affirmations, profile, shared content, or account at any time from within the app.

  • Account deletion: If you delete your account, your personal data (including affirmations, profiles, and shared content) will be permanently removed within 30 days.

  • Notifications: You can manage reminders and notifications in your device settings or within the app.

  • Privacy rights: If you are in California (CCPA) or the EU/EEA (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and request a copy. Contact us at privacy@vizact.org to exercise these rights.

 

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services (such as analytics, authentication, or cloud storage) to operate VizAct. These providers may process limited data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and privacy rules.

 

6. Co-Creation, Sharing, and Community Guidelines

VizAct allows users to share profiles, affirmations, and other content within the community or on social media.

  • Any content you share or co-create may be visible to others.

  • You remain the owner of your shared content, but by sharing it, you grant VizAct LLC a license to display and distribute it as part of the app’s functionality.

  • Shared content must follow our Community Guidelines:

    • No nudity or sexually explicit material.

    • No violent, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.

    • No spam, scams, or disruptive behavior.

Content that violates these rules may be removed, and accounts may be suspended.

 

7. Children’s Privacy

VizAct is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we’ve collected such data, please contact us and we’ll delete it promptly.

 

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or within the app.
